She will assist the sellers in their farewell, and the buyers in their hello. Some people think buying and selling real estate is difficult and stressful, they obviously haven’t met Genie. Because a home is so close to the heart, people can be extremely sensitive, and Genie handles this with extra helpings of respect and patience. It is much better to avoid a conflict than to resolve one! She is also simply a delight to work with, great sense of humor, and doesn’t get rattled.
