Because, in Genie’s eyes, a house is never a house, it’s a home that holds the stories of every resident. Genie will walk into your space and quietly observe the property with great respect, and then she will, with her client’s approval of course, tell the story of the home through vision, insight, and a sensitivity to how the space feels. She will assist the sellers in their farewell, and the buyers in their hello. Some people think buying and selling real estate is difficult and stressful, they obviously haven’t met Genie. Because a home is so close to the heart, people can be extremely sensitive, and Genie handles this with extra helpings of respect and patience.
